The Power Plant Mall is the high-end shopping center located in the Rockwell Center of Makati City. Rockwell is known as an exclusive residential area in Metro Manila. In December 2008, ROYCE' first shop in the Philippines was opened on the 3rd floor of the Power Plant Mall. Filipinos are known to be sweet-toothed and ROYCE' chocolate has become so popular that long queues of customers were formed in the Christmas season.
